IPL 18th Match - Rajasthan Royals beat Kolkata Riders by 45 runs

Rajasthan Royals got their 4th cosecetive win of the Indian Premier League, as they beat Kolkata Knight Riders by 45 runs in the 18th Match of IPL at Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur, on Thyrsday, 1st May, 2008.

Rajasthan Royals won the toss and elected to bat 1st and debutant Swapnil Asnodkar and Yusuf Pathan scored 60 in 35 balls and 55 in 33 balls respectively.

Kolkata Knight Riders badly felt the absence of Brendon McCullum and Ricky Ponting, as they lost their 3rd match in a row.

Rajasthan Royals are now on 2nd place in the point table of IPL.
