Tendulkar led from the front as Mumbai Indians easily beat Kolkata Knight Riders by 7 wickets with 9 balls remaining in the 17th match of 2010 Indian Premier League - IPL3, on Monday, 22nd March, 2010 at Mumbai. KKR made 155/3 in 20 overs and MI made 156/3 in 18.3 overs.

Kolkata Knight Riders got a good start as Gayle back in team with 75 runs off 60 balls and Ganguly 31 put 70 runs for the 1st wickets but played slowly despite wicket in hand and made only 155/3. In reply Mumbai Indians openers Tendulkar and Dhawan 31 put 61 runs in 7 overs. Tendulkar then hit unbeaten 71 runs off 48 balls with 10 fours and set a comfortable 7 wicket win.
