2010 IPT20 Awards, IPL3 Award Ceremony on 23rd April, host by Shahrukh & Karan Johar at Grand Hayatt, Mumbai

The grand success of Indian Premier League - IPLT20, forced organizers to give some rewards to players in terms of awards, as first IPL awards going to be held on 23rd April, 2010 at Grand Hayatt Hotel, Mumbai.

There are two main awards, The Viewer's Choice Awards and The Jury Awards along with Statistical Awards and IPL Captain's Choice Award.

The Viewer's Choice Award:

This award will be decided by cricket lovers around the world for the following categories.

• Best Batsman
• Best Bowler
• Best Fielder
• Best Captain
• Best Catch
• Most Stylish Player
• Most Fan Friendly Cricketer
• Best IPL Commentator

The Jury Choice Award:

This award will be decided by the 5 members jury panel,

Brian Lara
Javagal Srinath
Sunil Gavaskar
Simon Taufel and
Harsha Bhogle while IPL commisioner Lalit Modi will be Convener.

The award will be given for the following categories.

• Best Batsman
• Best Bowler
• Best Fielder
• Best Debutatnt Player
• Most Dramatic Performance
• Most Consistent Performer
• Best Breakthrough Performance
• Best Ground
• Best Stadium Experience

Statistical Awards:

This award is given for the following Categories.

• Fastest 100
• Max Runs Scored in Boundaries
• Most Economical Bowler

IPL Captain's Choice Award:

This award will be decided by each captain for his favorite Indian player in the team.
