DC vs RCB IPL3 3rd Place Match - Deccan Chargers vs Royal Bangalore CL Play Off Preview, Teams

2009 finalists Deccan Chargers and Royal Challengers Bangalore once again meet in a knock out match but this time not for the title, as they will fight for the 3rd place of 2010 Indian Premier League - IPL3, which is a ticket for the 2010 Champions League later this year, on Saturday, 24th April, 2010 at Dr. DY Patil Stadium in a night game starting from 8.00 PM Ist.

Deccan Chargers won 5 matches in a row to qualify for the semis but played badly and lsot to Chennai and they now try to qualify in Champions League in a row. Adam Gilchrist had a poor tournament this year and will try to finish with a big inning.

Strong Royal Challengers Bangalore lost to Mumbai in the semis and try to compensate by finishing 3rd as they have very balanced side. Jacques Kallis will try to regain Orange Cap from Tendulkar but he has to score some quick runs.
