Kolkata Knight Riders got a steady start by Morgan and Kallis 30 runs, while Gambhir contributed 35 runs off 22 balls but 80 runs partnership between Tiwary 33 runs and Yusuf Pathan who hit 47 unbeaten runs off just 26 balls with 3 fours and put them in good position.
Deccan Chargers then got a good start with 41 runs but Iqbal Abdullah took wickets of Sohal and Sangakkara in the same over put them on back foot. Dhawan fight with 54 runs but didn't get any support from others.
